It was our first time getting a smart lock and there were lots of uncertainties at the beginning. Did a lot of research before going with my smart lock. Didn’t disappoint. The process are you order, measure, they confirmed if the door is suitable, send out the lock and an installer will show up next day to install it.
The only comment that I had is the Philips smart lock that I bought is pretty new to the market, the customer service might struggle a little to help you to set it up. The online manual was very useful.
